most reputable shop for motor work

what shop has the best reputation for doing great work? I'm looking to drop my bike off for some turn key (motor and trans) work.

please list 2 shops that you'd trust to do great work in a reasonable amount of time.

please don't let cost be a factor. i'd rather pay good money for great work.

im in western Kentucky so a 10 hour radius would help as well but if there are none by all means dont let location be the deciding factor either.
