I'm selling a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja EX650R. I picked this up to use as a commute bike but going a different route for work transportation.
The bike runs excellent!
I have 2 brand new Battlax tires that came with the bike when I purchased it.
Both side fairings have some minor rash, left side fairing has piece broken off where attaches with rear bolt, front fender is cracked, dent in right side of fuel tank.
This bike was imported from India, and has an India title with it. The guy I purchased it from (who purchased it from the Indian gentleman) was going through the necessary steps to obtain a USA title for it. The DOT told him he needed to change over EPA parts from import specs to USA specs. He purchased an OEM USA full exhaust and ECU. This should be all the bike needs to pass the EPA standards now. I do have the contact name of the Indian gentleman who imported the bike. He's very helpful and willing to vouch or sign any document needed.
All this should need to get a title would be taking it to a Kawasaki dealer to get them to consent that this now passes EPA standards with the eqpt now on the bike.
This isn't an issue at all if you want to race or use the bike for parts.
As I said prior, I don't need the bike, and sure don't have time to continue this process.
This bike was $7000 4 years ago, asking $2200 obo
