Having a hard time getting my 07 zx14 to hook up on the street. Not really looking to be street racing, just a lil practicing dusting off the cob webs before I head to the track. Closest track is 3 hrs away other wise if It was closer I'd be there every night.
As far as the bike goes, it's got a 8-10" over arm, lowered 2", 003 shinko, stock clutch, stock shock, running at 15psi tire pressure. I'll get the tire good and warm then try and launch at 5k rpms then it just slides all over the place. The road is not the best but not the worst either.
Any advice anyone??? Am I launching too hard. Do I need to play with shock settings?
